FAQ
Q: Do you offer airbrush makeup application? A: No, Izabela does not offer any airbrush makeup with a machine. She is able to achieve the same flawless complexion with traditional makeup such as liquids, creams and powders.
Q: How many people can you accommodate? A: Izabela is able to accommodate up to 5 guests. If you have more people in your party, she will bring another artist from her pro team to assist.
Q: How many services are required to book for a wedding? A: We require a minimum booking of five services for Friday or Saturday weddings. or more services for your wedding day including the bride. The services are only toward the wedding day and do not include the bridal preview. Special occasion bookings do not require a minimum for booking.
Q: Do you offer travel/on-site services? A: Yes, Izabela and her pro team are available to travel to your location. Travel fees will apply per location, per artist.
Q: Can you travel nationwide/internationally? A: Yes! We are able to travel anywhere within the United States and beyond.
Q: Do you offer bridal trials prior to booking? A: Izabela offers bridal previews for committed and booked brides. She does not offer bridal trials.
Q: What brands of makeup and skincare do you use? A: Izabela uses a variety of brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Nars, Makeup Forever, Patrick Ta, Dior Beauty, Armani, One Size, MAC, Lancome and many more.
Q: Am I allowed to use my own makeup products? A: Izabela strongly prefers to use only her makeup to ensure a consistent outcome for each client. If you have skin allergies or possess any visible rashes or lesions at the time of your appointment, Izabela may ask to use your own products and/or tools to avoid contamination to her kit.
Q: What is required to book my wedding day? A: All weddings require a non-refundable/non-transferable retainer of 50% of the total amount as well as a signed service contract. The retainer will go towards the cost of services.
Q: Which form of payment do you accept? A: We accept payment via Zelle, Paypal, card and cash. We do not accept personal checks at this time.
Q: Am I able to add more services to my contract after signing? A: After booking your wedding, you are allowed to add additional hair and makeup services up to three months before the wedding day to ensure we are able to have another artist from the team to assist if needed.
